D.A.R.E Graduation a Success

Sheriff Jimmy Harris states as follows:

            Sheriff Jimmy Harris states that on May 14th D.A.R.E Graduation at the DeKalb County School Coliseum was a great success again this year. Thanks to Kim Manus for putting this together and for all 11 School Resource Officers that makes this possible. I would like to congratulate Amber McAbee from Fyffe School and Emma Whitton from Plainview for being the overall poster winners. Both girls received a bicycle and top winner received an $80 gift card to Walmart.

This poster contest was started in 2002 by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Mounted Unit.
