Deputies went to Pack’s residence to serve a Writ of Restitution/Possession Order which is a move out order to give the home owner possession of the residence. Once Deputies made contact with Pack he became unruly and uncooperative and tried to prevent them from serving a court order. At which time Pack was arrested for Obstructing Government Operations.
