One previous search warrant was done at this residence at which time we talked to the tenets about the house party laws. Last weekend we received several calls from Rainsville to Albertville advising us about this party. We want to thank the public for their calls and the Geraldine and Crossville Police Departments for assisting us on this call. Tents or home owners do not realize the civil liabilities of open house parties, they are responsible for anyone who leaves and is injured or killed due to being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.”
