Koger, who has a lengthy criminal record, was wanted on warrants stemming from an auto theft from a residence in the Blake community and was currently out on bond for felony charges in multiple other cases.

DeKalb County Sheriff Nick Welden said of the incident: "This shows when Criminal Investigations and Drug Task Force work cases together that drugs are the root of crime in some way. Great work by both units to unite and not only solve cases but bring more charges to someone who definitely needs to be held accountable and off the streets of our Great County."

"God Bless!" Concluded Sheriff Welden.
